Canadian Rockies trip was great

Just got back from a Canadian Rockies tour I booked with Cosmos. It was pretty cool! The coach was comfy, and our tour director knew tons of stuff. We saw so many amazing places. Thinking about booking a US National Parks tour with Cosmos. Are they pretty good about transfers and hotels, or is it more budget where you're kinda on your own?

They include all your accommodation and usually airport transfers too. My last trip with them, everything was handled, pretty smooth.

It's a guided tour, so expect coach travel between spots and the hotels are pre-arranged. You won't be finding your own way to the hotel from the airport unless you opt out of the transfer.

Everything's usually online these days. You get a confirmation email right away and your booking details are on their website portal. Don't think they mail much anymore.

Yeah, pretty much instantaneous confirmation by email. Any actual tickets or final itineraries usually show up closer to the departure date, but it's all digital.

They have a pretty standard policy, depends on how close to departure you cancel. You'd lose your deposit if it's too late, but if it's way out, you might get more back. Check their terms for specifics.

It's tiered. The closer you get, the more penalty. I think deposits are generally non-refundable past a certain point. Had to cancel once and got most of my money back because it was still several months away.

The multi-tour and early booking stuff usually just shows up when you add it to your cart, no code needed. But if you have a special promo code, you enter it at checkout.
